Salary: £19,900 p/a plus quarterly living payment of £425 for the financial year 2022/23
Hours: 35 per week
Based: Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Dundee, or Perth & Kinross area

 

The role

Scarf is an accomplished social enterprise delivering a range of services to householders, businesses and communities throughout North East Scotland. We are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly and fast-paced teams providing quality energy efficiency advice to householders.

Multiple vacancies are available within the home energy advice team service, providing home visits in various local authority areas:

  • Aberdeen City (1 vacancy)
  • Aberdeenshire (2 vacancies)
  • Dundee / Perth & Kinross (2 vacancies)

Scarf’s home energy advice team is funded by local authorities in Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Angus, Dundee City, and Perth & Kinross. The service is delivered mainly via home visits but advice is also offered over the phone and at events.

 

Locations

We offer flexible working options, including working from home, and all necessary equipment will be provided. However, please note that staff are asked to report to our offices in Aberdeen or Dundee as and when required by the demands of the role.
