The comprehensive advocacy service supports people with suppliers and tariffs, fuel debt and metering issues. Our advisors can help householders find – and switch to – the best fuel supplier and tariff to suit their needs, as well as contacting suppliers to address fuel debt and billing issues on the customer’s behalf.
