SCARF is a dynamic independent charity, which provides free impartial advice and information to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy in the domestic, community and business sectors in the North East of Scotland.  To further our work we have secured the contract to operate Energy Saving Scotland Advice Centre North East from our offices in Aberdeen and Dundee.
