SCARF won the contract from the Energy Saving Trust at the end of 2007 to manage the Energy Saving Scotland advice centre North East. The advice centre is one of a network of five new centres covering all of Scotland funded by the Scottish Government and managed nationally by the Energy Saving Trust - initially until 31 March 2011. Due to the success of the Advice Centre we have recently had the contract to manage the Essac Advice Team for a further year.

The advice centre provides expert, free and impartial advice to everyone in the Grampian and Tayside areas about energy efficiency, micro renewable's and sustainable transport.
